When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average transit times are 3–7 business days. While most packages arrive on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your product ships, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a phone number was provided) with a tracking ID and link to follow your package's journey. Please note that some products may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure quality and affordability.
DAMAGED ITEMS
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take extra care to package every item securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@marktat.com with the following:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once we verify your claim, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or email us at info@marktat.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may be unable to make changes.
DELAYS AND REFUNDS
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at info@marktat.com with your order number. We will issue a full refund if necessary.
